Aura Labs supplies materials for laboratory research use only. Nothing sold here is a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device, and nothing is approved for human or veterinary use. These terms govern every order placed through goauralabs.com.

1. Who may buy

By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are acquiring these materials for legitimate laboratory research, and that you are qualified to handle and store research chemicals safely. Orders are accepted from research, institutional and professional buyers only. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Research use only

All materials are sold strictly as laboratory reagents. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not for human or veterinary consumption in any form. You agree not to resell, relabel or supply these materials for any purpose inconsistent with this restriction, and you accept full responsibility for their lawful handling, storage and disposal.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order does not complete a purchase. After your order is received we issue an invoice by email containing a secure payment link. Your order is reserved but not confirmed until that invoice is paid in full. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled and stock released after a reasonable period.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched after payment clears, normally within one to two business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address; we are not liable for packages lost as a result of an address error.

5. Returns

We do not accept returns. Because these are controlled-condition laboratory materials, we cannot verify the storage or handling of anything that has left our custody, and returned material cannot be re-released. Problems with a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming shipment are handled case by case under our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Certificates of analysis

Every batch is independently assayed before release, and the report is published against the batch number printed on the vial. Certificates describe the batch tested and are provided for information. They are not a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from use of the materials outside their stated research purpose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
