This policy explains what Aura Labs collects when you use goauralabs.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order information – name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, and the items ordered.
• Account information – if you create an account: name, email, and optionally your company or institution and date of birth.
• Age confirmation – a record that you confirmed you are 18 or older and a qualified buyer.
• Technical information – IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payment is taken through our invoicing provider, which handles card data on its own systems.

Why we collect it

• To process, invoice and ship your order
• To confirm eligibility to purchase research materials
• To respond to enquiries and provide support
• To meet our accounting and record-keeping obligations
• To maintain batch traceability for the materials we supply

Date of birth is optional and is used only to confirm you meet the minimum age. It is not used for marketing or profiling.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with:

• Our invoicing and payment provider, to issue and collect payment on invoices
• Shipping carriers and our shipping platform, to deliver your order
• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Technical logs are retained for a short period and then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right not to have your information sold – which we do not do in any case. To make a request, email info@goauralabs.com.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and session working, to remember that you have confirmed your age, and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every possible breach.
